Orders are processed with in 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (pending holiday/weather closure).
To cancel an order, you can log into your customer account and look up your order. If the order has not been shipped, you can cancel the order on line. Or you can all customer support at 1-703-437-0003 (M-F 8am- 5pm EST) and speak with a customer representative to have the order cancelled and refunded.
To best service our customers, orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Mail. Delivery method is choose based on location and package dimensions. If there is a particular carrier you wish your shipment to be delivered by, please put that information in the comments section of your order.
If you would like to return your item, please follow these instructions
*Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in their original packaging.
