We, MAWA GmbH, offer a 10-year warranty on all metal hangers we manufacture. This warranty begins on the date of purchase. Should any complaints arise within this period due to material or manufacturing defects, we will replace the affected hangers. Repairs are not possible.

The guarantee covers the following cases:

Rotatability of the hook
Coating of our metal brackets
Stability and load-bearing capacity of our clamps

Warranty claims cannot be made in the following cases:

•        Normal wear and tear
•        Improper handling
•        Use of violence
