We ship our MAWA clothes hangers all over the world. The subject of sustainability and the protection of our environment has therefore always been important to us. That is why we are committed to the United Nations' Agenda 2030. We are constantly working to make our production even more environmentally friendly, resource-efficient and lower in emissions.
Substances that are hazardous to health have no place in our clothes hangers, after all, they come into daily contact with your skin and clothing. That is why we founded the ECO friendly and SKIN friendly initiative. It stands for clothes hangers free from heavy metals and phthalate-containing plasticizers. The aspect is just as important to us when it comes to wooden hangers. We only use FSC certified wood from Europe and are also FSC certified ourselves. So you know that the wood in our MAWA hangers comes from sustainable, controlled forestry cultivation. But that's not all: At MAWA, we are constantly working on new, innovative and pioneering ideas in the spirit of sustainability.
